LEARN TO RESTORE SOIL PLAN A GARDEN GROW YOUR OWN FOOD

Spring & Fall Planting Guide - Growing with Minerals

Why has the nutritional value of vegetables declined, when the roots of plants are sitting in minerals?

Large-scale farming methods disrupt and destroy microbial life that work with plants to make topsoil. Mycorrhizal fungi grow in healthy soil and are necessary to transfer nutrients between plants and soil biology.

The parent material of soil (sand, silt and clay) contain all the minerals plants need to be be healthy and reproduce. Bacteria  hold the highest amount of nitrogen in their bodies, but must be consumed by other organisms to make these nutrients available to plants.

No  amount of fertilizer will transform compacted, lifeless dirt into living soil with the capacity to retain moisture, oxygen, carbon,  nitrogen, and support plants and the soil microorganisms needed to build  topsoil to grow healthy plants and produce life-changing food.

This guide includes a 4-year succession planner and calendar, info on regenerative agriculture methods, (cover crops, no till, companion plants,  hot composting and plans for building a compost tea brewer.

My hope is this easy to follow guide will encourage people to think differently about the food they eat, their health and inspire them to go outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine and enjoy having a home garden.

Happy Gardening!
